Processes, Procedures & Scope for Outsourcing

Prior to arrival of workers

  • Global Partners will send profile to Client.
  • Presentation and review of Client's requirements.
  • Global Partners will send quotation/proposal based on Client's requirement.
  • Upon Client's agreement, Client will furnish Demand Letter and sign the relevant agreement with Global Partners.
  • Global Partners will commence recruitment at source country and process bio-data.
  • Global Partners will assist employer to obtain KDN approval for working permit.
  • Send calling visa to source country for endorsement to expedite arrival to Malaysia.
  • Process and collection of calling visas.
  • Send calling visa to source country for endorsement to expedite arrival to Malaysia.

Upon arrival of workers

  • Arrival of workers to Malaysia. Transportation and clearance of workers handled by Global Partners
  • Global Partners will send workers to the hostel of which accommodation arrangement is done prior to workers' arrival by Global Partners as well.
  • All maintenance of hostel and utilities payment is the responsibility of Global Partners.
  • Global Partners to arrange for workers' FOMEMA.
  • Global Partners to arrange for relevant work permit endorsements.
  • Global Partners to arrange for the transportation of workers to place of employment.
  • Global Partners will be responsible for the welfare of the workers including medical, salary advances, orientation.
  • Global Partners will be appoint a warden to provide security at the hostel of the workers.
  • Client will pay Global Partners on a monthly basis for the services rendered as per invoice issued.
