What is the advantages of Out Sourcing versus Conventional Recruitment

Advantages of Out Sourcing

  • Global Partners (GP) will pay all levy cost for application of the foreign workers required by the Immigration on behalf of Client.
  • The Client will have to pay for all levy cost of the foreign workers required by the Immigration upon application
  • GP will be responsible for all matters related to wages and welfare of the foreign workers.
  • GP will be responsible for complying with all legal and statutory requirements relating to the employment of the workers i.e. Foreign Worker Compensation Scheme (insurance, Order 1996) (FWCS), Insurance Guarantee and etc.,
  • Accommodation, utilities " payment, of', hostel, transportation of workers to and fro from the place of employment is the responsibility of GP.
  • GP provide round the clock security for the foreign workers at the hostel i.e. warden will be appointed.
  • GP will arrange for orientation for the workers to assist them in understanding the Malaysian law, culture and practices. If need be, we will plan and arrange for training of the workers.
  • GP will pay for a single journey air-ticket to the home country of the workers upon completion of the employment.

Advantages of Conventional Recruitment

  • The Client will have to pay for all levy cost of the foreign workers required by the Immigration upon application
  • The employer will have to prepare and collate all relevant documentations for application of the foreign workers and submit to Immigration/KHEDN.
  • The employer will have to submit the necessary application at KHEDN and secure the necessary approvals.
  • Employer would have to secure clearance of workers from the Immigration upon their arrival.
  • Employer will be responsible for sourcing for suitable accommodation for the workers and be responsible for the relevant maintenance cost of matters related to the upkeep of the hostel.
  • Employer will be responsible for complying with all legal and statutory requirements relating to the employment of the workers and upkeep of the records/database for each and every workers.
  • Employer will be responsible for the wages and welfare of the workers including medical facilities.
  • Incur extra cost by employing additional staff to "look after" the foreign workers i.e. a warden.
